I like the 180 capsule size so I don't have to order too often. I take it for sleep and it helps! Great REM sleep. The price is very affordable.

Using it fir my skin and I've noticed some changes though very minimal

I haven't been on this product long enough (4 days) to determine the effect is has on my health and wellness. But I believe. And I hope it will help me with the multivariate of health issues I have experienced since May 2022. I'm a naturalist and a self healer and pray this product will relieve some of my issues. I've read the reviews and some claim it works after two weeks of use. If it does, I will be back to update this review. So far, I've had no side effects. UPDATE: Feb 17, 2023 I've been on this product about 5 weeks and I can honestly say I feel better. I'm in less pain and because of that, I will continue taking it. I've had no side effects whatsoever. And I'm not sure, but I think it's helping me lose weight, without trying. I've also noticed my right ankle and foot isn't swollen so much from the referred pain from multilevel lumbar degenerative disc disease (lumbar radiculopathy). It will be interesting to see how I feel after using it for one year.

Its good quality i been dumping capsules under my tongue and using it in a topical spray i made as well as brushing my teeth with it then spitting it out i take whey protein with it too to make sure im getting the full spectrum of things your body likes to take with it i rarely swallow any and let it hit my stomache but when I do it doesn’t bother me or my stomach at all I just don’t want my body to become dependent on it so I don’t supplement it everyday i prefer to swallow nac but my only complaint is it doesn’t totally dissolve well in water to use for a nebulizer i think also some people this might not work so good if you are copper deficient i reccomend taking mitosynergy first for awhile check your irises for fleishman rings to see uf you might be copper defiient you cant even use glutathione well if you are. Makes me crave steak so i know my body wants a full spectrum of things not just an isolate but it is gelpful to take this occasionally just dont pop the pill and swallow your stomach wont process it as good it seems much better sublingual
