I eat meat, but occasionally do plant based meals. This doesn’t even taste like it’s vegan. Gardein is definitely the better choice for any plant based products. The moment you open the bag it smells like frozen chicken tinders! I made chicken sandwiches with it as well, and one of my friends could not even tell.

I absolutely love these. I can't recommend these enough. So delicious 😋.

Quite happy with these and am going to try next the fillets. Until these I had not found in years a suitable veggie or vegan substitute chicken. I am seriously impressed with how these pass for (processed) chicken texture. Now, the flavor hmm unlike many faux meats these were not overly peppery (good! I don't want food to hurt). But like many faux meats they had no umami flavor. Which is odd since faux meats are notorious for the high sodium mgs that I cannot usually taste. I didn't bother adding a flavored salt or even just pink salt to them. I used a little ketchup on the bun. Hmm or maybe a dipping sauce with a base of dark soy or HP brown sauce next time. Passable and have to get those fillets now - if one fits a bun rather than having two on a bun that would be great and I am also thinking chicken parm. A teeny bit of garlic and onion powder wouldn't hurt in the sauce. Cheese should more than ramp up the flavor. But yes, the salt is there even if you don't taste it so take care in that area if you are restricting sodium.

For a long time, I've been eating a lot of different brands of plant-based chick'n tenders, and these are in a league all by themselves. They are truly the "Ultimate" plant-based tender. Now, I know they are higher priced than the other brands, but truly, these are worth the price. The pieces are thicker, larger and did I mention how great the outside crust tastes. Gardein has a home-run in the product.

As a vegan, these make me so happy. I cooked them in the air fryer and put them on top of salads. They are yummy in my tummy.

When you see the photo, you think wow these are really going to be substantial and bangin!! I mean - THE PICTURE! And then you open the bag and sadly, the rest is disappointing from there. I do not understand why they are $10 when they are similar enough to their $5 variety. Maybe if the photo was accurate, we would have skipped them and continued with our normal $5 box. But they got me. I will not buy again unless the are bogo or maybe $6. Definitely not $10.
