I love this pillow! It did take me quite a few days to find the right amount of padding inside. When it arrives it is so full of shredded memory foam it makes the pillow way too high to sleep on (for me at least). But I guess some people may want it like that so it's better to have it as an option. I took out a lot of the internal stuffing and put it in the zip up bag it comes with (handy!). Then for the next few nights I kept reducing it a bit after each sleep until I found the sweet spot! Now it's perfect for me. A good height and level of firmness. And if it ever gets a bit flat I can just add some more filling back in. The pillow case is really nice and comfy too, and easy to wash etc. I'd definitely recommend this as a much better value option compared to some of those branded ones that sell mattresses etc.

The short story: sterling quality, extremely comfortable, easy to adjust (the height as shipped is such that I can't imagine anyone needing a second pillow) and money well spent (plus it includes a quality pillow case). The longer version: when it arrived and was unpacked, I did notice a slight odour. The instructions do mention this and suggest airing it for at least 24 hours. I put it aside but a week later, the situation hadn't improved so I found the Cosi Home website, clicked on Contact Us, and filled in the form (this was a Monday night). On Wednesday morning (before 08:30 - Angelica assured me, subsequently, that she didn't sleep in the office) they sent me an email apologising, suggested a list of different, more pro-active, steps I could take to alleviate the problem and asking me for my Amazon order number and address in the event that they needed to send a replacement. As it happened, during the short time I waited for this response, the smell had dropped significantly so I decided to give it another couple of days just airing it. This seemed to do the trick and the odour dissipated completely. I have since adjusted the height (the zip-top plastic tube that the pillow comes in serves nicely for storing the foam pieces) and slept like a log since. Cosi Home is a model for other companies to follow, both in terms of product, and product support which is why I am not going to deduct any stars from my assessment. To summarise: I love my pillow, it was worth the wait. Update: My mother was so impressed, she purchased a pair to replace their old, well-worn but beloved, pillows. My father was sceptical at first as he was happy enough with his old one, but having tried it, he's a convert. Like me, both my parents have removed some of the memory foam filling to reduce the height of the pillow - a simple task.

I’m honestly impressed with these Cosi Home® Luxury Memory Foam Pillows. The first thing you notice is how thick they are — and I mean properly thick. There is so much filling that you could genuinely make two pillows out of just one if you wanted to adjust the loft. This makes them perfect if you like to customise your pillow height or firmness, whether you’re a side, back, or combination sleeper. The bamboo cover feels soft and high quality, and unlike many “cooling” pillows that don’t actually do much, these really do have a cooling effect. You can feel the difference, especially if you tend to get warm at night — they stay noticeably cooler and more breathable. They offer great support without feeling hard, keep their shape well, and feel very luxurious overall. For a 2-pack at this quality level, they’re excellent value for money. Highly recommend if you want supportive, adjustable, and genuinely cooling pillows.

Best pillow I’ve had, my neck always gives me bother. It’s really comfy and you can change the amount inside the pillow for your needs. Won’t need to spend stupid money on alternative pillows anymore

These pillows have been a really good buy and feel much better than standard pillows. They are comfortable, supportive and have a more premium feel overall, especially if you want something that feels a bit more tailored rather than too soft or too flat. One of the best features is the adjustable height, which makes them much more practical for different sleeping positions. Whether you sleep on your side, back or front, being able to adjust the filling helps get a more comfortable setup. That makes a real difference compared with pillows that are just one fixed shape and height. The memory foam gives good support without feeling too hard, and the bamboo cover adds a nice quality feel. I also like that they feel breathable and not overly heavy, which helps with comfort through the night. The cooling aspect is a nice extra as well. Overall, these are very comfortable, well-designed pillows that feel supportive, versatile and good quality. A great option if you want a more comfortable sleep setup.

Good pillow but be careful of the gel infusion foam if you have sensitive skin as I had a reaction to it, spot/rash breakout on my face. Cannot use it after a months use

Finally I’ve found a pillow that I can sleep with! The filling is easily removed to get the correct amount that suits me and the support I need. It’s SO comfy - no longer do I have neck/ear pain. Over the last few years I have wasted so much money on a variety of pillows- both feather and manmade - some being really expensive! I highly recommend giving this one a go ☺️

I've had a hard time pretty much my entire life finding a pillow that would keep me asleep and from tossing and turning because of my hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) which often had me waking up with a soaked pillow. After getting this pillow, I sleep like a log, and even my sweating is no longer an issue while sleeping! My daughter loves her pillow just as much (I purchased the 2-pack)! Because of this, and in fear of a potential price hike, I just ordered another 2-pack plus four pillowcases of the same brand. I hope this brand sticks around for many years to come, and that many people discover their pillows. Before ordering more, I was thinking that maybe I should look around for something similar, but I quickly realized that why should I waste time and money to try something else when we already have found the perfect pillows!

korzystam z poduszki od tygodnia - i jak narazie jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupu. wygoda, komfort, brak bólów kręgosłupa czy szyi. Mam zastrzeżenia co do "chłodzenia" tej poduszki czy aby nie jest to zabieg marketingowy, nie mniej zdecydowanie jedna z lepszych poduszek jakie miałem.

Después de probar varias almohadas, ésta ha sido la mejor sin duda. Ya no me levanto con dolor de cuello y la tensión cervical mientras duermo ha disminuido. Lo mejor de todo es que la puedes poner a la altura que tu quieras, puedes ir probando. Es cierto que al inicio tiene un olor peculiar, pero si la dejas airearse con los días ese dolor desaparece por completo. La verdad que ha sido todo un acierto!!

I really liked the pillows, I’ve been sleeping better and having less acid reflux problems than before One thing is the smell. Even though I washed the case, the plastic smell is fading away very slowly

Ottimo cuscino, nonostante sia in Memory è bello pieno e l'imbottitura regolabile lo rende davvero personalizzabile. Ha un po' di odore appena aperto ma in 2-3 giorni tende a svanire sempre di più.
