Sort of Smartthings compatible. Could be much better.
First of all, this does exactly what I bought it for so its a good solid 4 stars. It's a siren, nothing more, nothing less, in Smartthings. It could be a fantastic 5 stars if the manufacturer figures out how to make all its many features work in the latest Smartthings. Its noted in the description you must use the Smartthings classic app to get all the features but the classic app was retired 2 years ago and no longer available for download. And now that Smarthtings is migrating to Edge you can no longer add Device Handlers manually. So currently it pairs quickly as a simple siren with the latest Smartthings eco system. It claims to have features to set chimes for various sensors and let you change the volume and sounds but none of those work in Smartthings. Too bad because it would be a fantastic find if they did.I also suspect the complaints of low volume are from Smarthings users because we can't adjust anything. Yes, I think the volume is a bit weak as well.Another thing to note is that the paperwork says its Z-wave compatible on not only the US but also the EU, AU and RU Z-wave frequencies. This might be of interest to some.

Perfect for my applied action.
I was looking for a doorbell/camera motion alert/smoke alarm siren. This fits the bill perfectly. It has multiple tones and the volume is adjustable. It is easy to intigrate into home automation hubs such as Home Assistant so that different alerts can have different tones. My only complaint, is that I'd like it to be able to be a tad bit louder, although most of my alerts are set to partial volume, not full.

Works Great With Smartthings
Full control through Smartthings can be obtained with the new Edge driver integrations. Works perfectly!

Some clarifications
First of all, for those like me who were taken aback by the apparent size in yhe photos, I've got a photo providing actual scale. It's quite small, definitely not as large as a woman or Australian Shepherd. I have large-ish hands but anyways.Next, I'm skeptical that this thing is actually reaching 100db, though it's loud enough for my needs. I don't have a DB meter to verify, but it's not quite as loud as I might have hoped. But it is good enough for me.Finally, I've paired this with my Home Assistant (ZWaveJS) and am noticing it's battery level isn't reported accurately. Not sure if this is an HA bug or issue with this device but it's stuck at 25% after charging for two days. Not a huge deal as I'm leaving it plugged in all the time so I don't really care, but others might like the heads up.

This is not a "siren" it is vewy vewy quiet
This little gadget is cute but very cheap and not a "siren" by any means. The product name of "siren" is simply deceitful. Also, the back panel constantly falls off so you must tape it on to avoid this little speaker from falling off the wall. The cheapest bluetooth speaker you can buy at Target would put out more volume than this little guy. You could use it indoors to notify of some problem with its ability to produce medium volume chimes and alarms. It's much quieter than a smoke alarm, but you could use it for similar purposes. So as a small z-wave speaker for medium volume alerts, this little device works but is over priced. For it's advertised purpose as a "siren" this product is a fail. Not even close, even if your neighbors lived 10 feet away they would never hear your siren go off.+1 star for ease of pairing with Hubitat.

Poor quality, quiet.
First off, if you're planning on using this as a Z-Wave siren- this is not the product for you. It would work much better as a wireless doorbell chime.Battery life was good, and the device was easy to connect to my Z-Wave compatible hub. That's where my praise ends. The battery compartment on the back doesn't properly click in, so it falls off if you pick it up half the time. The 10 included tones are mostly awful, they are either dated public domain chimes or alert tones that don't properly loop. The product description page lists this as "up to 105db"- which is misleading, if not an outright lie. I returned this product and instead bought a Honeywell WAVE2 that I wired to a smart plug. The WAVE2 was listed at 106db- and it felt like it was triple the volume of this NEO siren. I'm not exaggerating.

Versatile Siren! I use it as a chime and an alarm, within Home Assistant.
So far, this seems like a really nice device. It was detected by my ZWave stick right away and interfaces well with ZwaveJS in Home Assistant. Using calls to services, I was able to configure parameters (situationally), and use this as a multipurpose siren device. It chimes a particular sound when my entry doors are opened, chimes a different sound at specific times each day, and also serves as an alarm if a security breach is detected. Battery life seems to diminish quite quickly but it has a USB power option. Wall mount bracket is fine but only includes a single hole and screw, so it moves on the wall if you don't use the adhesive pad.

Plug and Play on a Brinks system
Easy to add to my home security system. Volume level of the siren is just right. Easy to mount. Very happy with this purchase. One question. Can I use an external power source simultaneously with the batteries?
