As described, calcium tablets. They are quite big but easy to swallow.

These are the same as close as we could find for an elderly person who was unable to buy her regular supermarket supplement. She says they are exactly the same shape and size which was important as she has difficulty swallowing some of the supplements.

Get my recommended calcium intake, but not enough vitamin D in these tablets
Two of these a day gives me the recommended calcium intake for bone density as unfortunately we get older. TBH I have never found these to be bad to swallow or a chalky taste as some people have, I just swallow 2 a day and job done. Cheap and effective. Only criticism is that the vitamin D dosage is low to I have take a separate D3 tablet as well. If they had higher vitamin D then they would be perfect
