Worst experience ever
The bag looks nothing like in the picture. The colour and quality is very different and of poor quality. I’m trying to return this product but facing a lot of issues as even the return agent is saying that since it looks so different we cannot verify. Worst mistake ever to buy this ugly bag

Looks like hard leather but basically it’s soft leather and feel is like letherate.
