1 Case, or 2 Cases? The description says "case" (singular) but the main pic shows 2 cases (plural). And the listing is for about twice the price of 1.

It came with two cases. I have been using this case for a few years and I have to replace it every six months or so. It is good to have the extra one.

Would an aple 13 pro max fit in to this?

I have an LG aristo 5 with the rubber case on it. It fits perfect if your apple is comparable in size then yes it will fit

does this case fit an I phone, 6 s , with otter box case ?

Probably. It fits an iPhone 11 with a Mophie case.
