Nicely built product, performs well only issue is slow speed. I also would like it better if there was a bar attachment set on the lift mechanism, set at the height of the TV that would push open the cabinet cover, instead of the TV doing the initial push . Overall very satisfied with the product.

Sturdy unit though doesn't rise high enough for the large screens (52 inch) as it only goes up 25 inches and they are enerally 30 plus.

Easy to install. Works beautifully on a 65" TV. I have it bolted into a hardwood floor only and it is rock steady even at its maximum height. I did go out and get longer bolts. So far a great purchase. Now I can see people in the kitchen when the TV is not in use. (See photos)

They weren't kidding when they said Heavy Duty. It is quite heavy and all of the components are made with very strong metal as far as I can tell. It moves fairly slow (It takes 60+ seconds to fully extend), but it is a very strong actuator. I tried pushing down on it while it was extending and it hardly flinched. It's perfect for what I need.

I received this several weeks ago. I am getting ready to install but decided to test the lift before going through the trouble. Well, the lift seems to work only with the remote since there are no other buttons. This would be ok if the remote worked. It doesn’t.I will give it a 1 until I can get it to work. Will go buy batteries in case this is the problem.

There is only Chinese instructions and I cannot set the limits of travel I have reached out to Amazon and the third party with no help to combat this issue since receiving it in January I feel it needs to be sent back and I need an American unit with English instructions.
