Perfect for a Raspberry Pi 400
I use this to get power and ethernet to a Raspberry Pi 400 from my PoE network, and it works perfectly. My only gripe is that it's not available in white!

It's alright and is a perfect companion to your Raspberry Pi
This will convert 802.3af to 5V 2.4A which is more than enough for a standalone Raspberry Pi (up to 4 Model B). Due to 802.3af's limitations, this maxes out at 2.4A rather than the recommended 3A for Raspberry Pi. This should probably only be a problem if you're running several devices off of your RPi.Compared to the RPi PoE HAT, this is an economical solution that doesn't come with a fan. All the better. Keep in mind this has no safety certifications which could put you off (PoE did result in some accidents...). Hopefully this is safe enough.

alright but not gigabit by my testing
It does most of the advertised things, except gigabit ethernet. By my testing : access point -> splitter -> non poe device, my ethernet link showed up as 100mbs when i swapped to access point -> no splitter -> poe device, link shows as 1000 mbs. To me that isn't gigabit ethernet. Also, i did google speed tests, ~50 mbps down vs 400 down same set up as above. Anyways, i returned it within 2 days when i realized my laptop's ethernet port can take a PoE cable. FYI did not test/use the usb-c cable for power.
