Royal Doulton Pacific Dots Dinner Plate

This is a lovely, large dinner plate. I like the structure of the plate, with a large flat area and a high rim, like a very shallow bowl. The dark blue checked pattern with off-white base color is a classic, great for mix and match. This Pacific group is a very nice series.

I already had four plates which I got in the set. Just wanted an extra two to counter any breakages. Nice set. Practical and durable.

I Collect unique white and blue porcelain dinnerware and have been sourcing it from different parts of the world. These plates beautifully compliments my other imperial vintage pieces. The plates are very well made, has a great size and finish. I've also been using them as charger/accent plates and as props/settings for my food blog photography

Looking for a blue edged plate for a themed desert and this was it.

they are strong and can be used in the microwave, it says.they are pacific ocean plates and we are using them at the atlantic ocean, fro several weeks. i don't think they know the difference. you probably will not tire of these dishes.
