These gloves are light weight, touch-screen compatible & have good grip. The SPF protection is a good bonus. The gloves are stretchy & slightly large so I would downsize if you are between sizes.

They are very nice, fit perfect for a small hand. All the time i buy a gloves they are too big for me. The small or one size is perfect for a small hand.

My hands are damaged from sun, and these gloves are great for driving in sunny conditions. They are not tight, and the grip is excellent on the steering wheel. I keep them in my car so they’re available when I need them. Very pleased!

This is my second pair, only had to purchase another one because I lost the left hand of the previous. It had been holding up for almost a year of daily use for commuting on a bike, with no significant signs of wear. They are comfy, not too warm (even in Las Vegas summer).

Got these to fend off the sun while driving. They have the grip/comfort to let me drive confidently and on the twisties they do just fine. They're easy to put on and often I wear them even at night when I don't feel like driving with my bare hands. Durability wise, I haven't had any issues daily driving with them for some months. Since they're not super fitted (could also be that I have baby sized hands), occasionally I have pulled off a glove taking off in the car. The touchscreen finger thing is also not impressive. Still, I’m definitely glad to have these to drive with daily. Update (Feb 2026): If you drive a manual, the shift knob might shred the grippy silicone off the palm. Could be my gloves are older, could be my shift knob surface, could be that I death grip shift. The gloves still work fine, but it is annoying to find little bits of the silicone collecting in the folds of the shift boot.

I love these gloves more than a fat kid loves cake! They are so well made. They dry quickly. They are subtle.

I like the way they feel - they're light and the size I got (medium) is relatively easy to put on, at the same time that it's close enough to my hand that I don't have problems doing other things I need to do with my hands while driving. I haven't figured out yet whether the special endings on the thumb and forefinger are especially useful. I also like that the gloves are long enough to overlap with anything long-sleeved that I'm wearing.

When I was looking for a set of sun-protective gloves, I had narrowed it down to these and the Solbari ones. I'm glad I went with these. I have a sensitivity to the sun and therefore need to take extra precautions when out and about. The Gannet gloves from Coolibar have offered an ideal fit and level of protection. I've used them for about a year now for driving, hiking, and bike riding. They have held up really well. Some of the reviews I had read mentioned stitiching problems, but the pair I got have been quite resilient. They're so comfortable you forget you're wearing them. I thought the Cooltect technology was just a gimmick but it actually works; even in the hot sun you feel a cooling effect from the gloves. The only thing that I would recommend improving on would be the silver touch-compatible tips that wear out rather quickly, and the silicone grips on the palm that start to come loose after some time. Not deal-breakers, I would still replace the pair I own with the same brand. As or the sizing, some reviewers mention these running small, others them running large. I went with the sizing on the Coolibar website and settled on a Medium. For reference, I'm a male with 8 1/4 in circumference around the palm, and 7 1/2 in from wrist to tip of middle finger.

Fit well and prevent my hands from being baked in the sun. I was struggling a lot driving long distances, often taking turns with each hand to maneuver the steering coz the burning would hurt, finally I got this product reluctantly, I wasn’t really expecting it to be this nice. But I’m surprised; Not only does it fit very well. It is also very thoughtfully designed with a nice grip on the inner surface so that you don’t lose any traction with the steering. The fabric is amazing and breathable, Using your cell phones and scrolling or typing works nicely too. I’m not too sure how long they will last but for now they do the job very well and keep my hands cool.

Aweosme quality and doesn't make your hands hot at all! It is so lightweight and feels really good on the skin! It really exceeded my expectations. I faced no problems using my phone. The sizes in the chart are accurate, too.

I'm allergic to sun and get blisters. This has stopped all my reactions. They are really light weight, not sweaty at all. Washes and tumble dryer brilliantly. Only snag is the metal on the touch fingers slowly washed off.
