Yes, the SG350 series are full L3 switches and support DHCP server so it can function as an IPv4 DHCP server serving IPv4 addresses for multiple DHCP pools/subnets. In addition it does support DHCP options 12, 66, 67, 82, 129, 150 and others. You can become more familiar with the switch web GUI and see the DHCP server menu on our online device emulator: https://www.cisco.com/assets/sol/sb/Switches_Emulators_v2_3_5_xx/sg350-10p/html/home.htm?moduleType=154. On the upper right corner switch to Display mode Advanced and then go to IP Configuration-->DHCP Server.
