RVDR5222 One Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer, 2 heat setting plus cool setting (220-240V)

I have long thick hair which always takes a lot or time to style, this thingy helped me out a lot, works like a miracle, dries my hair faster after showers and calm’s the frizz, i saw people complain about it damaging their hair but in my case it did the opposite to me and got it much healthier for some reason.

This tool completely cut my drying time in half. It is super easy to use and leaves my hair smooth, shiny, and full of volume. Highly recommend!

Good for air styling and a quick blow dry look but its not very long lasting. Also it works better on dry hair , otherwise it takes ages to dry them like a usual blow dryer.

The item does what it is supposed to do and works fine as a hair dryer/volumizer. However, every time I use it, my air purifier immediately shows a very high pollution level — over 400. The air feels noticeably worse, it becomes harder to breathe, and I start getting a headache. Because of this, I personally would not recommend it for sensitive people, especially if you are pregnant, have small children, asthma, allergies, or are sensitive to smells/air quality. It may work for styling, but the air-quality issue is a serious downside for me.

I recommend heavily this brush .. cause i have got one before but i lost it ,,, and when i tried to try another new brand with zillion of parts .. it became clear to me that “old is gold” and expert products like revlon worth to be the best .

Ich habe den Revlon Salon One-Step Volumizer (RVDR5222) gekauft und bin absolut begeistert. Dies war meine erste Lieferung hier in Deutschland und das Gerät hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich habe sehr langes Haar und hatte Sorge wegen Hitzeschäden – besonders, da das Wasser in Deutschland ziemlich hart ist. Doch dieser Föhn- und Styler-Kombi ist sanft zu meinem Haar und verleiht ihm gleichzeitig einen glatten, gepflegten Look. Die IONIC-TECHNOLOGIE und die Keramik-Turmalin-Beschichtung machen wirklich einen Unterschied – mein Haar fühlt sich weich, glänzend und überhaupt nicht kraus an. Es trocknet und stylt in einem Schritt, was mir viel Zeit spart. Ich bin neu in Deutschland, aber dieses Gerät hat meine Haarpflege-Routine deutlich erleichtert. Ich kann es besonders für mittellanges bis langes Haar wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man Volumen ohne Haarschäden möchte.

Firstly I want to state that this is a genuine review-I’m getting annoyed with bogus reviews on Amazon, but that is a story for another day. I bought this for myself after my 20 year old hairdryer finally gave up. I cannot quite believe how good this is. I have very thick, curly when wet, frizzy when dry hair. I have always relied on straighteners to get rid of the frizz. But last year I visited my sister in NYC and went to a blow dry bar. What a revelation! My hair looked so amazing, straight but with so much body, and it lasted for days. Trying to replicate this back at home was a tangled disaster. I could just about manage the front of my hair but the back and sides were hopeless. Holding the dryer, the round brush and keeping the tension is virtually impossible to do for someone as ham fisted as me. So it was back to the straighteners which are okay but once you have a really good blow-out straighteners are a bit of a disappointment. So I wasn’t expecting much from this product - but I am amazed. I sectioned my hair as instructed and away I went. It took about 10-15 minuets and my hair looks amazing (and even my husband agrees)! I could keep the tension and my hair didn’t get tangled up once. I look like I just stepped out of Dry Bar. This is the best beauty purchase I have made in ages! The only thing missing was the glass of champagne and the chick flick.

Tengo el pelo un poco ondulado en la zona de la nuca y el resto bastante liso. Me deja el pelo como si me hubiese pasado la plancha, pero más bonito, porque le puedo dar forma a las puntas y no queda tan relamido y artificial como con la plancha. El secado es mucho más rápido que con secador y cepillo. Lo de que da brillo pues yo creo que depende más de los productos que uses que del propio secador, pero bueno, tampoco te quita. En YouTube hay vídeos donde te explican el manejo del mismo y a mí me vino muy bien mirar unos cuantos, sin verlos no sé si hubiese podido manejar el cepillo-secador y darle su máximo partido. Creo que me hubiese ido mejor el tamaño pequeño para melena media-corta (las puntas me tocan ligeramente las clavículas). No pesa nada.

Très agréablement surprise par ce produit. J’ai les cheveux assez fins. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de me faire des brushing ni de lissé mes cheveux ( ils ont subit assez d’agressions avec les balayages). Je voulais avoir une brosse qui me donne un effet « sorti de salon » mais assez vite car avec mon travail je n’ai pas beaucoup le temps. Je ne regrette pas cet achat il donne assez de volume et vous permet d’avoir un vrais brushing, il faut par ailleurs prendre le coup de main. Petit point négatif le périmètre de la brosse est assez conséquent il ne faut donc pas avoir la main trop petite. Et le poids à la longue peut devenir ennuyant. Pour les cheveux qui comme moi sont assez fin et pas trop en masse c’est un excellent produit. En revanche je doute que les personnes aux cheveux très bouclés frisés, avec beaucoup de masses y trouvent leur compte. Le poids et la duré pour atteindre un bon résultat risquerait de s’allonger.
