4ALLFAMILY Nomad Insulin Travel Case Cooler - TSA Approved - Red

This is the second 4ALLFAMILY travel cooler that I've purchased. I needed a smaller cooler since my Zepbound pens changed to the smaller Kwikpen. My original 4ALLFAMILY large travel cooler had performed extremely well, and so I had full confidence that this new cooler would as well. I was not disappointed! First, since I was flying overseas, I wanted to be able to monitor the temperature of my meds over 24 hours. This cooler fit 2 Kwikpens just fine. The included outer case also helped keep the temp steady. This smaller-sized cooler fit perfectly in my travel purse and the color made it visible. It went through TSA just fine without having to open it. My only issue is that the temp almost went too cold at times. Now, this may be pilot error on my part, for I may not had "defrosted" the gel pack long enough before placing it in the container prior to travel. The temp display kept dropping to 0 degrees Celsius, when I was aiming for 2-3 C. I didn't want my meds to potentially freeze, so I solved that problem by opening the outer carrying case and loosening the lid. That brought the temp to a steady 1 C, according to the temp readout (definitely a godsend here). (Note: I ran into the same too-cold problem on a second flight later, after defrosting the gel pack for four minutes in lukewarm water prior to travel, so I think I'll have to defrost it even longer next time. Live and learn. But I still think it's a great cooler.) I highly recommend this cooler! Even with having to keep an eye out for the temp, it gave me great peace of mind overall. For the record, even after I arrived initially and placed my meds in the fridge, the cooler held its temperature on the kitchen counter for another 10 hours or so. Well-made, sturdy and surprisingly stylish as well! ETA: I also want to give a shout-out to the pocket on the carrying case. It's large enough to hold a tiny sharps container (Baderke Pocket Travel Sharps Disposal Container Small 80 Ml), needles, alcohol wipes and also can fit my prescription and instruction info into that pocket. So essentially helped me keep everything together securely.

This insulin travel case has been an excellent purchase and made traveling so much easier. I’ve taken it through TSA multiple times with no issues at all, which was one of my biggest concerns, and everything went smoothly each time. It’s discreet, organized, and clearly designed with travel in mind. The cooling performance is impressive—the ice pack stays frozen for a long time and keeps the insulin properly chilled throughout the entire day, even during longer travel days. I didn’t have to constantly worry about temperature, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The case itself feels very durable and well-constructed. The exterior is sturdy enough to protect the contents, and the inside is thoughtfully laid out so everything stays secure and in place. It’s also compact enough to carry easily in a bag without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Between the durability, long-lasting cooling, and hassle-free TSA experience, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable travel solution for insulin.

I love this. As a type 1 that travels a lot this is a must have for insulin. After 4 days the ice pack is still a little frozen. You can fit up to 3 vials of insulin. While refreezing the ice pack the container itself will stay cool for up to 13 hours (maybe longer but that’s how long I tested it). Great size for a backpack or medium/large purse. Durable enough that if it gets bumped around it will be safe.

This is the best travel case for my medication that I’ve found. It keeps my medication cold for extended periods of time and keeps it from being crushed in my carry-on without taking up a lot of space. I recommend it.

Super useful for peptides and tirz

I highly recommend this product. I use 2 compounded eye drops that absolutely require refrigerated. I have tried keeping in a small cooler and tried 2 other cheaper products. The 4ALLFAMILY Nomad Biogel Ice Pack Pro travel cooler is the first thing I've tried in years that keeps drops at refrigerator temp on trips when I am gone for various reasons for up to 9 hours. I like the benefit of seeing the temp display on top of bottle. I also have the silver insulated case which helps. I don't leave it in the car on extremely hot days. My husband is going to make a simple aluminum bubble pack insulation sleeve if I leave in hot places like a closed up car in high temps. I'm not sure I will need, but I want to be confident my drops remain usable.

I can’t say enough good about this product. It works great for travel. In fact, the airport security commented me on how wonderful it was that I use this to carry peptides because he’s seen people bring them in plastic baggies. I never have any trouble getting through airport security in fact I’ve actually had this stay cold for up to 48 hours. I would recommend this product 100 times over.

I highly recommend this product after traveling on a 12 hour flight. From the time I had left my house till I arrived at my hotel, this container kept my peptides very cold for 16 hrs. I didn’t feel any difference in the temperature that they were stored at in the refrigerator. I also went through TSA 4 times with no issues at all. I looked at a lot of different options and so glad I went with this brand for my travels. I stored 2 vials of peptides safely. Highly recommend.

Life saver for Travellers with diabetes..it will keep the insulin up to 3 days if kept in AC, or else 48 hrs without any problem..

Was a bit skeptical about this given that nothing has worked for me previously but thought given the good reviews I would give it a chance, it’s not cheap but it absolutely exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent! I was able to fit 2 full size insulin pens & 9 small vials. This kept my insulin cold for over 24 hours I kid you not! For example from 8:30pm flying overseas I arrived at my destination 7:30pm the next day, and couldn’t wait to see if my insulin was still cold and it was! I was so shocked. So light and easy to use. Place the block in the freezer and leave out for 5 minutes before putting into the bottle with insulin. After travelling with diabetes for 8 years now this has been an absolute game changed. Popped in the freezer at all hotels and it worked a treat. Cool insulin & no issues with customs what more could I want? Thank you for creating this product I really wish I knew about this earlier. 10000/10. 💗

This is amazing. I’ve been traveling for thirty hours and my Mounjaro pens are still cold. Highly recommend.

Product is good But height mentioned 24 cm is wrong in data sheet its measured 23 cm and due to that i m unable to put Genotropin pen in that case highly disappointed
