If this item weren't priced the same as the strap sold separately, I would have been pretty bummed because the phone slip is a goey old sticker folded over on itself, too thick, and residue that has built up along the edges - much better phone attachment pieces available on the market.As for Nite Ize Cinch-It accessories - I LOVE THEM! I have mupltiple in both sizes and can't tell you how many different ways they have come in handy!Great to attach airpods, headphone cords, ski/hiking poles, chapstick, or attach other items to your waterbottle - especially the glow in the dark strap - very convenient!Stick to the cinch-it strap solo and you'll save the frustration & dissapointment for this joke of a phone attachment.

Sometimes it's nice to have your phone on the lanyard for any hand free situation. It works. I had to buy a new one; upon cleaning my phone case after one year, the sticky pad had attracted too much dust and dirt. It is kind of expensive thus minus one star.

I used to drop my phone a couple of times a day most days and now I keep the wrist band on whenever I’m walking my dog, at the gym, hiking, carrying in groceries, etc. and I never drop it anymore! If you have absolutely ginormous hands like me you can work the little metal bit off for a looser fit. The first one I had lasted me a good 7 months of rough use and I replaced it when it finally wore down And the connector part broke.
