Great pair of stiffs, the are magnet so you can use small magnets to keep them in place.

Got rid of my plastic ones after this
Great replacement for the plastic collar stays. They don’t rust and are hard enough to keep the collar straight. The down side is that they need to include smaller sizes. Maybe reduce the number but give a bigger size range
