I got this wee hoover to keep upstairs so I didn't have to keep lugging my ancient Hetty up the stairs and For £39.99 I can't believe it! It has fantastic suction and picks up far more than Hetty. I don't have any issues with it on carpet as long as its laid properly otherwise the suction is too strong and it sucks it up and is impossible to pull back. But on wooden and tiled floors and well laid lino and carpet its great. I might even get one for downstairs and give Hetty to my husband to use in his workshop. The dust canister needs emptying regulary and the filter cleaning (I use a dustpan brush to clear all the dust from the concertina filter) I f you keep this clean and cleared it works perfectly. Not had any problems with overheating and cutting out, but I would suggest emptying often and keeping the filter clean might reduce this if it does occur. Overall I'm very pleased with my stick hoover.

I don’t normally do reviews but this is the best thing I have bought for a long time.Looked at lots or small vacuums priced almost double or triple and this one is perfect for garage and car cleaning but would do a house, the accessories are better then our main vacuum costing £300!The storage hook is also great and easy to fit. If you are in any doubt to buy this or not don’t be, it will not disappoint you

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This vacuum cleaner is a really handy home gadget. The cool looking cylinder design with the long, adjustable tube section is very useful especially for regular jobs in the house or out in the car.It's useful for around the house, in the car, or even for cleaning up loose bricks after a weekend of showing my precious display models! I've actually got a couple of vacuums now, so I can keep some clean just for my tiny little bricks and studs. This one is specifically for my house though and it is really helping me stay clean and tidy. Any mess, spill, crumbs, footprints etc can be quickly and easily removed! And it can be used to easily clean .Within the box are loads of fab little gadgets and accessories. These are for either intricate cleaning areas, flexible extensions and even clean filters!I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for use in one room - the sun lounge, which gets all the mess from the garden. For this limited purpose it works well, and hides behind a cupboard. It saves having to drag out the hoover each day. For this or a similar purpose it works well, but I would not attempt to use it for the whole house. A great improvement on those battery ones with much more suck to it. Good value and, for my purpose, good value.

Just buy it, cannot fault it atal, unbelievable suction power it pulls the piles up, great looking, in my opinion looks just like other way more expensive brands, so easy to move about and so lightweight, brilliant for stairs and cars it's got so many options of use than a ordinary vaccum cleaner, easy to store as it comes with wall bracket and customer service is 5 stars and at a for great price, I'm going to order a spare to keep for future use as I can't see me using any other vacuum cleaner it's that good....

Bought due to all good reviews but I am very disappointed. Cord not long enough. Brush head squeaky when in use on hard floors. I found the unit quite heavy and not good for pet hair (even though it states it is). Returning for a refund. Good suction though.

Ordered this just for my hallway (wooden flooring) bathroom and kitchen (lino) and was pleasantly suprised. I did try on my carpets but the attachments kept falling off so I'll stick to my shark for the carpets. For the price I was not expecting much but it's got great suction and great for getting into the hard places eg side of oven. I wouldn't say it was lightweight though. The attachments are not the best but what do you expect for 43 quid!

product very good for the money and only for my small flat..thanks to the driver who left it on the ground floor and walked away leaving me to go down three floors to pick it up !!otherwise a good little hoover
