Hey the seal fit perfectly but the plier didn't spread wide enough to help with the spring.

This makes putting the ring on so easy. I remove the rubber once a year and this makes it a breeze.

I removed the rubber gasket on a front load washer because the washer needed major cleaning there's a metal band with a tensioning spring and when I put the gasket back on I did not have a set of these pliers and I worked for about 4 hours trying to find a way to get that metal band back in place finally got it without the pliers but I said a lot of words that I cannot repeat here so I bought the pliers for the next time I highly recommend getting a pair of these pliers

Sending these back ,they don't work with every spring on ever washer. Had to just muscle mine off and on with regular pliers ,would probably work greT if yours has a spring with a loop on each end. Mine didn't.

This made it so much easier for the repair of my washer. Thanks

I struggled trying to keep the spring spread enough to get the large metal ring back on the washer, trying screwdrivers and an extra set of hands. I gave up and ordered these. With these I had that metal ring back on my washer by myself in 2 min. It was a piece of cake!
