It's cheap so you get what you pay for ,trying to clean it is a nightmare if you spill anything over the edges and goes inside the machine

Don’t trust reviews
I see a lot of reviews talking about temperature control knob and flipping waffles. These reviews are for a different item... the simple waffle maker has no temperature control, does not heat up. Waffles are incredibly flat and batter squirts out the edges. Even for £20 this is a waste of money.

Way tooooo slow
It's not too bad but while your waffles are making you have plenty of time to go to the shop, buy ready waffles, talk to your neighbour, drink cup of tea in the cafe, come back and your waffles will be almost ready. Also I can't imagine how to clean it. For sure if you use it carefully there's even no need to clean. But it would be better to buy something more expensive with removable parts and faster.
