The item arrived and the inside safety seal was broken. I was able to twist the cap off regardless of the outside safety seal. Also, the item description is inaccurate it says its for pills and not powder. All honesty the item does not look legit. The broken inside safety seal and being able to remove the cap without removing the outside safety seal are big issues.
