Great quality, I recommend
I’ve been wearing the Jobst Relief knee highs for a while now, and they’ve honestly made a big difference in how my legs feel at the end of the day. The compression is just right—supportive without feeling too tight—and I notice way less fatigue and swelling, especially after long hours on my feet. They’re also surprisingly comfortable and easy to put on compared to other compression socks I’ve tried. Durable, reliable, and worth every penny for daily use.

Not one size fits all
I have lymphedema, which fortunately, has been well-controlled with Jobst custom compression socks. I decided to give these generic Jobst socks a try to see if I like them. Measure your leg dimensions carefully, because this item is non-returnable. These socks do a good job of compressing my lower legs and feet, keeping my lymphedema under control. However, the foot length part of these socks are made for someone with size 5 feet. The heel portion of these socks just reaches the arch of my size 15 narrow feet. If I pull the socks any tighter, my already bent hammer toes just get even more cramped. My custom Jobst socks include silicone dots around the top, inside part of the socks to help them stay pulled up all day long for several miles of walking. These generic socks don't include that feature and so they tend to creep down my calves with as little as a mile of walking. My custom socks cost about $400 per pair, but insurance helps out a lot. These generic socks look nicer. I wish Jobst made these for feet as long as mine so they'd be more comfortable for me.

I would not recommend these support hose.
Fast shipping 1 pair works a little tight. The second pair I can only get the hose 1/2 way up my leg. This hurt my leg so much I will definitely not recommend this product or seller. An update I went to my Foot Dr and they were upset that the support hose left a blood blister on my leg. They said not to use them anymore. 2 pairs useless do not buy from this seller.

Beware
I've worn support hose for over forty years that does not make me an expert on support hose but, I have learned a thing or two. This item is very thin material, and I find it hard to believe that it is 20-30mm. Plus after using the guide of what size to order on the website these hose will not stay up. After waring a new pair right of the box and then playing 9 holes of golf both legs of these hose were down around my ankles. Not much support with them like that. They have been returned and will not be replace with any other item from this manufacture especially at $50.00 a pair.

Warning - Don't Buy! Jobst fixed something that wasn't broken, now it's broken...
I just bought this same pair of Jobst on May 31st, 2020 that were excellent compression socks, and in this short period of time 7/4/20, Jobst decided to save money by changing to a cheaper material. The previous pair of Jobst Compression Socks were excellent and I'm still wearing them... I love them! BUT the new pair I just received is made of totally different material and they slide down your leg constantly, almost every time I move I have to reach down and pull them up, it is completely irritating and disappointing that I wasted good money on a bad product. I wish I could return them and buy a different pair of compression socks made of the better material, I'd even pay more, but once you put them on, I don't think they will take them back. Jobst, you made a bad decision that will cost you money by going with cheaper material in an effort to save money... that's a big NO NO! You should have done testing with consumers before making such a lame brain move.
