It is heavy, but it does its job. Wish it could stand by itself as it has to lean on the wall and slides often.

Don’t even think about buying or look twice for more reviews, the product isn’t a genuine product and the water geater didn’t work from the moment I got it, The plastic on the other hand is very cheap quality and it will break so I wouldn’t recommend this purchase at all.

Makes the floor very wet and the windows streaky. Not that amazing.

The mop is incredible. I’ve just got it today and couldn’t stop testing it. First of all I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it cleans tile joints - it’s like a magic, then I’ve cleaned my stove and furniture in the kitchen - also we’re surprised, because even difficult stains which was impossible to remove before, with this device was very easy. بعد تجربتها كانت مثل توقعاتي قوية واصلية وخزانها كبير لا احتاج لتعبئتها لاتمام العمل وبخارها قوي انصح بها

جزء مساحه الزجاج ناقص قطعه دي اول حاجه قبل التشغيل وواضح انها مفكوكه قبل كده لا اعلم من جمارك ام مستخدمه

عيبها تتاخر شوي بالتسخين ومرات تسرب مويا مدري انا ماعرفت استخدمها ولا عيب فيها لكن بشكل عام رائعه رائعه كل شي بالبيت يملع تبرد الخاطر بأقل مجهود
