We were sent a battery with lower rating (amperes) than the one shown on the web site. And this happened not once but twice. When it happened first we returned the product. We also received reimbursement of courier charges. The second time around we again received the same product and we had to pay for the return courier charges.If the same mistake is repeated again, something is very wrong at the vendor end.
