Very intriguing topic supported by excellent research and engaging writing style

I am thoroughly impressed with this book, and am currently reading it a second time after just finishing it. The author employs the science of Symbolism to the characters in the Bible narratives and helps to explain how we can apply the lessons contained within those stories into our daily lives. I also found the connections between Eastern and Western religions intriguing and inspiring. Anyone interested in comparative religious studies or spiritual symbolism would enjoy this book. The book also describes clues and symbols that famous artists such as Da Vinci and Michaelangelo included in their religious paintings. Over 50 art pieces are shown and discussed within the book. Such an enlightening work! Highly recommended

What a fascinating book. It should be of great interest to anyone familiar with the bible and its stories. It certainly gave me a new way of seeing these stories as spiritual kundalini metaphors, and it answered a long quiescent question of mine as to why John the Baptist played such a large role in Renaissance paintings!The parallels with Jesus/John and Elisha/Elijah having been people who have gone through spiritual transformation--seems to be a continuing Kundalini theme in the bible.Hillary D

Stumbled upon this author's website and discovered an entirely new perspective on the symbolism of the kundalini awakening. Ordered her book and I was not disappointed! So many moments of clarity while reading John the Baptist who becomes Jesus the Christ. Highly recommend this book for anyone that enjoys understanding the symbolism in bible stories, or those searching for inner light.
