Very nice projector with quality image and good sound output but purchase from Amazon with extended warranty and not direct from Nebula. Reason ? Firstly it’s sensible to get extended with this projector due to some overheating issues customers have reported and secondly Nebula customer support is a nightmare if something goes wrong (from my own experience)I bought this projector through Amazon renewed and it was basically brand new in perfect condition and as described although others have reported some issues. It’s a lottery it seems . I guess I got the winning ticket on this occasion.

Purchased as Amazon Renewed so I except I may have been sent a faulty unit. A new projector may may not have had the same issues and poor performance.Item arrived with something loose inside, only noticeable when turning over the projector to mount on the ceiling. (Sounded like a small piece of plastic or small screw)Image was dim and not atall sharp. Horrible blotchy affect during moving images. When watching YouTube 4k demos, water and ocean scenes were absolutely awful, the projector could not handle displaying waves or moving detail.Android TV does not support any terrestrial streaming apps like iPlayer and ITVx .On a plus, the auto focus worked well and the sound was very good from the built in speakers, well for 40mins, until it temporarily started making a crackling noise.Not impressed and returned for refund.

It is temperamental sometimes working great then glitch s and then work s great again

This is a smashing piece of kit, very quiet, doesn't run too hot and of course, it runs android OS so has a ton of native apps, such as Netflix, Plex etc etc. Very bright even in the day, and menus are simple and quick to navigate and have some useful features for ceiling mounting etc. The starlight top is a nice feature, useless but nice to look at, the output is crisp, clear and a good viewing distance. Like all things you need to take some time to set it up correctly, though it manages short throw distances, if you can get the projector with some distance between the screen, its immersive and great for films, footy, F1 with no motion blur or any other issues. As 4K projectors go, its a bargain, a luxury bargain, but worth the cash!

Fantastic projector and easy to use. If you get this be sure to mount it. Sat next to it you will hear the fans. Works perfect for us.

Unit arrived, externally in good condition although box has slight damage. Powered on and worked for 90 minutes and then just stopped projecting. Power and sound still functioned but no light emitted from the unit.I ordered hoping that the other reports of broken machines being supplied were anomalous, but based on this experience they are not. Will not be purchasing a 'renewed' product again if this is the standard of care applied to the items.Returning for a refund - but wonder who will get this machine next.

Box was split but product in a good way

Picture quality is okay but lacks decent brightness. The auto focus is usually off and requires manual tuning. The sound is not bad but I use a soundbar anyway.I use a xgimi horizon pro downstairs and it's way better than this. The fan is quite noisy.Would I buy it again ? No
