Owned this for 10 years now and it still looks brand new! Great quality! Would buy again!

These patches are real quality. They're thick and the velcro that's on these, is a velcro that is/does NOT come off easily! My favourite hat is a desert tan BENCHMADE. When I put the patch on there, it looked a tad crooked, when I pulled it off to straighten it properly....well, take my word for it: this patch will never come off unless you yank it off yourself. And as time settles I doubt it will get any easier. The patches grip is tenacious! Just like our young soldiers out there in the field right at this very minute. I wear this flag in honour of the special forces that are risking their lives all over the world, by trying to teach those that want freedom, the skills they need to fight against fanatical extremists, wherever they can be found. I think everyone, that enjoys their freedom, here in the USA should wear a flag. I've heard many things about this Black Flag. Rumours. But the reason that I believe is simple: one does not walk around with a big red white and blue target on your head. We have few regulars deployed at the moment. But we DO have more than a couple of thousand, hell bent for leather, hard core, highly professional and dangerous SPECOPS, that are so scary, they make a field full of land mines look like a cake walk in comparison!! At least with a land mine you can carefully uncover them... and blow them SKY high. And after one finds a mine or IED? You've got at least a chance to clear.... But those hard core vets out there, waiting...watching...training. your chances drop to nearly ZERO with these guys. These guys are the best of the best. I think I would rather have the Grim Reaper on my six, than one of these guys. Especially if you've done gone and pi$$ed one off really bad! Nope...I'll take the mine field, thank you very much.

According to the US Code you should wear this patch so the stars are pointed forward, and the flag is faced as such that if you were running it would blow in the breeze. So this particular patch is for the left shoulder. You would only wear this particular patch on the right shoulder if you are in retreat. In which case you would probably be shot on sight in war time. You should also never wear this patch upside down. By code an upside down flag means the country is in distress, which is proper for civilians, however, by U.S. Code you should not even wear this patch on your shoulder unless you belong to an organization such as Police, Miltia, Biker Club etc... So leave the distress calls to people who are not willing to fight. For we are men of action, our flag and our colors fly true and proper at all times. These patches are great quality. I ordered several of them from this seller to put on the sleeves of my new tactical shirt and my riding vest. They are Velcro so stick them anywhere and your good go! Freedom and Liberty are very important to me. It's hard for me to understand why so many people are so eager to lose freedom in the name of safety and security. A new revolution is going on in America and it's important that all of us who love our liberty and freedom express it, and also take non-violent action and get involved. The more people who see your freedom of expression the more that might wake up! These patches are great communicators.

This patch is made with very good craftsmanship and with quality materials and looks great on any cap or shirt that you've got. It's pretty thick and should withstand hundreds of washing and drying if you apply this patch to any clothes. The entire back has the material for attaching to velco caps and clothing, but can be sewn onto material for a more permanent use.
