These 2 pound wrist weights are perfect to wear when I do my 10000 step indoor walking workout! They add to the difficulty of the workout. Love them. They aren’t too bulky and have a very secure Velcro strap that keeps them very stable while moving around.

I am on a fitness journey and these ankles / wrist arm weights or comfortable, easy to use, I had a great workout and they are very durable. They weigh 2 lb for each wrist in the color is what I choose. I can't wait to use them more.

I liked these and for the price I couldn't say no. They are a bit bulky and ...not that cute! I'm also not a huge fan of the fact that they're filled with sand, but that's a personal preference. I have a pair of bala 1lb bangle weights and I do prefer those as they take up less space. The bala is way more expensive though. Overall if you're looking for a well priced ankle weight this product works well. The Velcro stays on and you can loosen and tighten it. It's easy to adjust and the good thing is the weight is distributed evenly, which can be tricky with the bala bangles as they are individual weights.

Actually supports the knee well. Went from hardly walking when knee is out to walking quite well. Surprisingly comfortable.

2# easy for daily wear

These are just okay. They are a little uncomfortable and don’t stay on super well. The weight is good though.

Ce sont de très bon poids pour muscler les jambes , même si ma femme les a utilisé 3x bien comme d'habitude, en me disant ne t'inquiète pas je vais les utilisers ( elle m'a fait la même pour le tapis de course)
