Go a size up from your measurements!
Waaaay too small. I am 5ft, 105lbs with a 25 inch waist but my hips are 36. I ordered a medium. The fabric does have any stretch to pull over the hips. It took me 15 mins to get this thing up and it was painful. Once on, it did not lift my booty at all. It did smooth out my stomach but at what cost? Will see about a return or exchange.
