Worked great. No complaints
I’m not sure why the other reviewers said it took more than a few minutes to remove your extensions. But for me, I think it took a little over a minute. Very fast and easy. However, it did sting a little. But that’s to be expected, considering you’re melting or dissolving the (likely toxic) chemical glue, you used to adhere the extensions to your lashes to begin with. It doesn’t look like there’s a lot in this little jar at first but you only need a very tiny little bit so this jar should last a long time. The creamy consistency and smell was very pleasant. Would purchase again.

Glad I purchased
So I had to purchase this product after I had lash extensions done. There was so much glue it felt like my eyes were constantly being poked. This remover started working as soon as I placed in lashes. It did sting but nothing too major. I didn't lose many natural lashes so that's a huge plus.

Works perfectly
i got a lash set that i was not fond of & needed to get them completely off after only 4/5 days of having them. i booked another lash appointment that was literally 7 days away from when i got them done so they were VERY fresh. i didn’t have enough time to book someone for a lash removal. i checked the reviews & took a chance. i was able to successfully get the entire set off within 30 mins without damaging my real lashes. 10/10 & mine came next day. i definitely recommend!

Works very well but does bur
I got this to remove the professionally applied lash extensions I've had for several years (time for a break). It works very well but it does burn if it gets in your eye, which is very difficult to avoid.Do one eye at a time, squeeze it tightly shut and apply the cream with a cotton swab just where you want it. If you use your finger or something else, you'll get way more than you need and have more issues getting it into your eye. I found the cotton swab and a soft cloth were best for removal. After it sets for a moment, lash extensions come right off. And as soon as you rinse your eyes, they thankfully stop burning.

Eyelash extension removal
I got this product because I wanted to remove my eyelash extensions without having to go pay for them. It was my first time. Not going to lie it isn’t really beginner friendly but after a few tries I was able to get my lashes off. It DOES burn your eyes if you get it inside so be careful if you don’t know how to use it. The smell is very much lavender . Overall the product does what it says it does so if you know what you are doing or want your lashes off. Get it!

Great for DIY cluster lashes
I bought this not knowing if it would be too powerful for diy cluster lashes but it’s great. Takes them off quickly, quicker then the 5-8 minutes it recommends you leave it on. Probably because semi permanent lash glue takes less time to dissolve then the professional lash glue. Yes it will sting/burn your eye if you open it but just don’t. I applied to one eye at a time it with eye closed and nothing else, no under eye pad or anything and just kept my eye shut and I didn’t feel a thing. Baby shampoo and warm water flush it out very effectively when you feel like you might be getting some in your eye. This stuff is fantastic, anyone who complains is just opening up their eyes while using it which it plainly says you shouldn’t.
