From my experience you should easily do two small patches.

How do you clean the nozzle extender?

After you cut the tip and then when done patching place a large nail up inside the tip so the material will harden around it. When ready to use again, pull the nail out and the material will come out again.

Ripped paint off wall trying to remove two-sided tape. Is this what I should use?

Probably not. This repair kit is to fix a hole in the wall. It sounds like you just need some touch-up paint.
