Good product but not knowledgeable customer service
Your product is excellent for now, because it is not long enough if it's durable or not. The only problem is your online assistance for your product does not properly tell or assist customers in doing steps of what to do. She is kind and helpful but I believe is not knowledgeable enough to do her job.

Works!
I made the mistake of not reading the manual first and was frustrated as I wasn’t getting a picture first. But after looking at video settings on my (old, 10yrs +) DVR I was able to use the little joystick to select the corresponding setting for the camera. I’ll need to invest in a better DVR though to take full advantage of the higher resolution the camera is capable of. Material looks and feels very sturdy.

Terrible Quality Video Camera
Camera started losing image quality about 60 days in. Video quality has gotten worse and now requires a replacement camera. Will definitely not buy this camera brand again.

Very poor night vision
Night vision is like a spotlight instead of a area. It shows about 20ft and about 10ft wide. It's almost useless unless someone is standing directly in front of the camera. I would Not recommend this product.
