Winsome Xola Occasional Table, Cappuccino

I was't necessarily looking for a piece of furniture to buy for myself, but rather looking at different pieces for my cousin who has a new apartment. Little did I know that while jogging in the park, this piece came to mind to replace my printer which I had sitting on a plastic milk crate. I LOVE this Winsome End Table and the cappuccino color is OUTSTANDING. The furniture pieces came in a sturdy box with reinforcements in each of the four interior corners. The 4 wood pieces (top 7 bottom shelf with two pairs of legs) were tightly bound by two black straps in a crossing style to prevent movement and transport damage. Each piece came in one of those very light and velvety feeling styrofoam bags to counteract surface scratches of the wood pieces. It took less than a half-hour (about 20 minutes maybe) to assemble this. IT IS VERY, VERY EASY to assemble and it is VERY STURDY and felt like very good quality. The hardware includes an allen wrench to tighten the screws so no tools on your part are necessary to assemble this. I have my heavy laserjet printer on the top shelf. I put some 2-inch diameter rubber feet under the printer so that it doesn't scratch the wood surface if it moves or if I have to take it off and put it back. I'm very impressed with Winsome's product here. So much so that I went to their website to see what else they have that my cousin may be interested and return to Amazon and buy. This piece is HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was looking for a darker color in an end table / printer stand to blend with my living room furniture and a good size for my small condo. At work we already had the Winsome Console table in our entry and in my office and it is such a reliable, durable brand I wanted to stick with Winsome. I came upon the Xola end table and first impression really liked the looks of it. I read up on the reviews, and made my choice to purchase (2) of them. One for my Epson printer, and one for an end table. The great thing about the Winsome brand is they make their products very user friendly to put together (thats my own opinion)! I'm not the best "do it yourself-er", either. But, the instructions are easy to follow and within about 20 minutes I had the end table put together. With the Xola instructions it states an extra set of hands are helpful - which for myself was true to hold it steady. When delivered, the pieces were packaged well within the box. Each piece was wrapped in protective wrap covering and it was strapped together so it wouldn't move loosely within the box. The pieces to put the end table together were in a small box placed center toward the bottom of the box with the instruction sheet. That, is great packaging! When opening - and inspecting each end table - I did not find any defects. The color description of the "Cappuccinno" is true of a darker smooth wood blend. It would mix well with medium to darker wood furniture in your household. For me, they are very nice looking end tables. Now, if you are going to use the end table for sitting a printer on - one suggestion is to place down a layer of shelf liner underneath just for added protection :) I gave 5 stars on this end table as the ease of putting it together, no defects in the product, the way it was packaged, and in the end I am satisfied on how well it blends with my furniture in my living room!

I had been looking for an end table that was sturdy and matched some of my other living room furniture. I had my eye on this one and when the price dropped I grabbed it! My daughter put it together and she said it was a very easy job. It's a quality piece that has some weight to it and perfect for that corner of my living room!
