The bottom skirt keeps flipping up. But other than that very cute

It's a little shorter than I wanted, but otherwise it's ok.
The quality isn't as good as I'd like but, she can run around and play in it. Just not dressy enough.

RUNS SMALL BUT IS PRETTY
