This hoop exercise is fun but a good workout. Once you get used to it though, it's so much fun. Good quality, easy to assemble and easy to use.

This is a weighted hoop for fitness. You twist your hips and a weighted ball spins around providing another way to meet your fitness goals. There are several additional segments to the original hoop and it can be adjusted to fit your waist. My grandchildren and son were pretty good at it. I am still learning how to make it work for me. I am excited for another weight loss tool to add to my arsenal.

Love it! Fun! Great way to burn calories. Easy to assemble. Make sure the snaps are locked or else the weight will fly off! Oops. Overall it’s fantastic.

I’m always looking for workout equipment for my home gym that will add variety, not take up too much space, and be not crazy expensive. This hula hoop checks all those boxes.It’s easy to assemble and use. Just add or subtract links to fit your midsection and start moving. The rope on the weight is also easy to shorten.This definitely is a great addition to my workouts. It works my abs, legs, and butt and has me working up a sweat. The massaging effect is also nice on my back.I think the only negative is the noise. The weight going around in the channel is a bit noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend using it while someone is trying to sleep.Overall, a great addition to any workout!

I use this product to work out. I can feel the changes in my body after using it for a few days. It is definitely using muscles I haven't used in a while and that's a good thing. It does not require alot of room to work out. I am not as good at hoola hooping as a used to be when I was younger before I had children thats why this is so much better because It's adjustable and if someone who is a different size than I am wants to try it out then they can.

Great light cardio and abs workout. It’s a little bit loud, but that’s not a big problem for me. Really easy to assemble and use. I also liked that it doesn’t take a lot of storage space. Make sure to stand on a yoga mat or something soft when you work out to relieve pressure from your feet.
