I noticed a difference on my first dose. I take a lot of supplements so you usually feel anything right away. I had to take my blood pressure because I thought it had gone up. This vitamin made me feel sick and with headaches. I think the daily values may be too high for myself. My husband did not feel sick from this vitamin but he's taken it for a month now and does not have any notable increase in energy either.
