Are these paraffin free?

I can't validate if these are paraffin free. They are waterproof. The writing on plastic garden identification stakes has lasted for a year.

Are Chinese crayons erasable?

We use them on a laminated sheet of paper and yes, they are wipeable. We have instructions for preparing our vehicle to be towed and check off each item. Afterwards a paper towel will remove the checks. If too difficult, a white board spray will also work

how much gets waisted from peeling?

Hello, You will not waste your pencil. When you peel off the paper that wraps the pencil, the pencil will reveal and just use it. Thank you

Is this a wax pencil?

I would call it a wax pencil, it has a gloss waxy feel when you touch it. Simiular to a crayon, but tougher. Works well on paper to outline word search
