I get full-body goosebumps when I use it. It's a pretty simple design, so it's easy to use. It is cheap, so I don't except it to hold its shape for a year or something, but it's really soothing. There are lots of prongs as well which are the perfect distance apart to scratch the whole head. The prongs have bent a little but it hasn’t affected the quality of the scratch yet.
