Does what it should without adverse effect

At the time of ordering these were the best value for money available on Amazon based on how many you get and the IU value. Vit D levels are generally low in the UK so was recommended by a doctor to take it daily after being put on 25000 IU tablets for a couple of weeks! They’re small, have hardly any flavour and are easy to swallow. Just make sure you drink a full glass of water
