Question 1

For whoever bought this: seems like it leaks water when put underwater, but did anyone try to leave it under rain already? Did it got water inside?thx

Dear friend,

Hello! I'm very sorry to keep you waiting. This is a charging waterproof case. When using it in water, you need to tighten the waterproof cover on the side. If you use with the Suptig 7800mAh waterproof power supply to charge the camera in water, use a waterproof charging cable to tighten the charging port on the side. The product is waterproof and has undergone strict waterproof testing before shipment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, we will be more than happy to serve you. Thank you for your support and trust. Thanks!

Question 2

Will this housing fit a gopro hero9 with a usb pass-through battery cover attached?

Accepted Answer

NO, NO, NO! It DOES NOT! I have a GoPro Hero 10, which is the same size as the Hero 9. The doors are the same on both, and both use the same USB pass-through door. Because of the answer Good Partner Sports gave above, I bought the GoPro brand USB pass-through door (directly from GoPro’s website, since I couldn’t find it on Amazon) and it DOES NOT FIT. The big protrusion on GoPro’s pass-through door makes it too big to fit. I tried. It’s impossible. There are third party pass-through doors, though, without the extra bulge on their outside. Those should be fine. HOWEVER!!! If you want the full protection of this case by having the side cap screwed on, this was also impossible for my GoPro. See my 1 star (that could have been a solid 4 or 5 stars) review for details.

Question 3

Can I buy some extra sealed caps? I lost the one it came with and would have to have an extra one.
