There was pain and discomfort for months. I used all kinds of treatments, nothing worked or it worked temporarily but didn’t really get the problem solved. I used this ONE TIME and I have been pain free since. It fully treated and healed the area. I couldn’t be more relieved. It smells like sesame oil— which is one of the ingredients— which just reminds me of Thai food. I don’t really mind it. People say it smells gross but once it’s on you, especially where it’s used, you don’t really smell anything. I don’t think it smells bad, but out of the jar it is very strong. Regardless of the odor, I’d buy this ten times over bc of how quickly it really worked.

This cream was very effective in relieving my fissures. Within a few days, I noticed less pain and better healing. It's easy to apply and doesn't cause any discomfort. Highly recommended. It doesn't smell very pleasant, but it helps a lot.

I have deep anal fissures, bleeding external hemorrhoids and perineal blisters! Prescription strength ointment that cost over 180.00 did very little to help in healing! I took a chance on this product, everything else I tried over the past 6 months was useless. By day 3 I was in significantly less pain. The fissures were healing and the bleeding all but stopped! By week 1 the blisters were gone, the fissures decreased in size and using the bathroom became a more pleasant experience verses being in a torture chamber! Will buy again and again! Who cares about the “earthy”’smell! This product works!!!!!

Does work but smells horible

It works after a couple applications and kept me from getting another prescription from the doctor

I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately it didn’t for me. The biggest issue is that it stings quite a bit when applied, especially if the area is already very sensitive or irritated. It’s not just a mild tingling — for me it was pretty uncomfortable and made things worse instead of better. After looking into the ingredients, I suspect it might be some of the “active” components (like menthol/camphor–type ingredients used in similar products) that can cause that burning sensation on sensitive skin. It might work fine for some people, but if your hemorrhoids are already inflamed or painful, this could be too harsh.

It smells horrible but whatever is in here works great! Used two nights in a row post fistula lift surgery and it’s working!

Good product for healing wounds.
