You can feel the tension as soon as you stand up
The packaging was great. The instructions were straight forward. The pictures could be a little bigger, but overall I was able to follow the instructions. I tried it out and I could definitely feel the tension even when I was just walking around. After doing a few of the exercises, I could feel the burn in my legs and I was already winded because of the effort needed to jump. This feels like a great alternative to the more expensive jump trainers.

Great so far
I am medium size and medium build. had the other cheaper one on 60lb. Saw good reviews on this brand, so bought this 120lb to try. This one definitely stronger in design. Have wider adjustment range for different waist size and ankle size. The cord is shorter than the other brand I had. So feel the strength better from the beginning of squatting. Come in nice box. Carrying bag is definitely a plus. I had too many small equipments scattering on the floor. Just see how long it will hold. Will update

Sturdy product but for the thinner people
If you are a size 40+ in the waist the belt will not fit. You cwn manage to get it strapped up to a size 44, but you will not be able to breathe.

Size Matters
I was excited to buy this product due to the resistance on it and thought it would help me during practice. I ordered the item and got it with 2 days, I opened it this morning, excited to use it and BAM, it does not fit around my waist. This product is definitely not for someone with a larger waist and I'm not talking about fat I'm a larger person with a 42" waist and it does not fit what so ever. It would have been helpful if the belt size was in the description.

Good item so far BUT there are no assembly directions or workout guide.
I received the product on time but it did not include any directions nor did it have a workout manual/ exercise guide. After looking at the pictures on the product page in the Amazon app, I was able to put it together and it works well so far. I think that I have two of the same side leg/ ankle support though. Hopefully, the company will include directions on assembling this product in the future.
