I’ve been using this since 2020 when a friend recommended it to me. Admittedly i believe a lot of my hair loss was due to diet and stress. I also naturally have fine thin hair so it’s never really been full or voluminous even in my younger years. I struggle with dry and sensitive skin as well and on top of that my hair is naturally curly so dry hair is always a problem. Four years later I keep coming back to this. It’s very soothing on my dry and sensitive scalp. I use it on my co-wash days and it’s great! Not too heavy so I still use a deep conditioner. I think if I had straight hair this conditioner would be plenty hydrating but my end just need a heavier conditioner. With that being said I still use this and have gone through many bottles. I have eczema that I’m the past have left me with bald or thinning areas on my head and I don’t get that with this. I’ve never had a reaction to this as I have with other products either. Needless to say I’ll probably use this forever. I use their shampoo on the days I need more of a clarifying scalp cleanse and it works great. I can’t use harsh scrubs or branded clarifying shampoos as they will cause a lot of inflammation for me. That’s just me personally though. I then use this conditioner on my scalp and ends and end with a deep conditioner on my ends. On every other hair wash day I use this solely instead of a shampoo. My hair and scalp have never been happier. They definitely have a customer for life :)

If you read my review about the Pronexa shampoo...the same goes for the conditioner. I admit it, I'm hooked on these 2 products.As I mentioned in previous review, I started losing my hair due to a medication that I was taking. I started losing my hair about 5 months ago, shedding and lots of hair in the shower each time. I stopped taking the medicine but the hair didn't stop coming out. I started saving the lost hair 3 months ago and I have a large freezer bag 3/4 full. I'm lucky to have thick, natural wavy and curly hair or I would be bald. Up until 2 years ago I wore my hair very short, so I was thankful I had grown it out.My daughters friend at the Dermatologist office also stated that a conditioner was important as much as the shampoo and the conditioner should have same ingredients as the shampoo, all natural, no chemicals, perfumes, etc.So out of the top 3 products she had recommended, this was the only product that had a matching conditioner, which I felt was for the best when it comes to my hair..Like I stated before...I'm on a budget, so getting both products for the amount of just a shampoo with the other 2 out of the 3 was a plus.I love how the conditioner makes my hair feel, no tangles, light, fluffy, and it just looks so healthy. My hair tends to get frizzy, but not with this.I highly recommend this conditioner with the shampoo. You'll see the difference with products that are natural without all the chemicals.I will probably keep using Pronexa even when I quit losing my hair, which I've noticed has slowed down on shedding and in the shower.

I gave this one quite a while before reviewing because they offer a free bottle of product for a good review. I wanted to be sure it was worth the review, not just me trying to get free stuff. My hair was breaking like crazy. Sometimes in chunks so big it looked more like it was cut off. I switched to this shampoo and conditioner (and an ion hair dryer) and waited. After a couple of weeks there was definite improvement. Yes, I have to wait for the broken stuff to grow out but there has been no more breaking. Also, there is a definite change in the texture/strength/health of my hair. Usually my hair turns to impossible straw-like texture as soon as it gets wet. I have to condition, comb through with conditioner in, and then spray in treatment to be able to comb through it after it's been washed. I forgot to bring my conditioner on a trip (after I'd been using the product for about 3 weeks) and panicked. Oh my gosh, I will never be able to comb through my hair - it will be a disaster of snarls! Nope, it's improved so much that I could comb through it fairly easily despite being unable to condition. Finally, I used to lose a ton of hair both when I combed through in the shower and again when I combed through out of the shower. Now I lose maybe a tenth or less of what I used to lose. It's drastically different. So a definite thumbs up for this product.

I've bought both the shampoo and conditioner last week and have used them twice. Have not noticed any hair growth and this probably will take some time. I have a hard time pumping out the conditioner out of the bottle. Not sure if others have noticed this.I bought this product because of the very high reviews - 5 stars. When my order came in - it came with the note that if I leave a review - they will send me a free bottle. But the review can only be a 5-star review! So essentially this company will send you a free bottle of their product if you rate their product 5 stars. I don't know how others feel about that - but I feel in a sense deceived because I don't know if the wonderful reviews I read here, which convinced me to by the product, are written by people who wanted a free bottle.Look, maybe the product is amazing and worth a five star review. However, I feel "cheated" now and question the honesty of the 5-start reviews here.
