Great veggie burgers
My go-to for grilling or pan frying burgers. Definitely close to the flavor of meat burgers but at the same time the perfect veggie burger. I cook slightly longer for a solid browned burger.

Awesome patties
It is a good burger patty. I like that itโs thick, has a nice texture, doesnโt smell too much like meat (some Beyond products do), and make very satisfying burgers. When melted, a raw patty is difficult to handle because the texture becomes too soft, so I place it on an oiled pan while still frozen and it cooks with no problem. Because theyโre so thick, I also turn them on the sides to get them cooked as well.

Good taste. Convenient to have for pan sautรฉ or air fryer.
Good taste and size. Best made at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in air fryer. Grilling dried these out.

Tastes better than beef burgers.
Forget beef being bad for you and the environment. Hands down, I prefer the taste of Beyond burgers over "real" beef burgers. Plus, I don't have to worry about E. coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter or parasites like Trichinella if I don't cook them to death.

better than expected
I'll start by saying I bought these on a whim at a truly unbeatable price. I have a very large household and we're all meat-eaters, but I knew they'd get eaten. I have a hard time passing up a bargain. I didn't pre-thaw in the refrigerator as the packaging recommended; didn't see that until after I had fired up my stove and sprayed the pan with oil. I cooked them longer than the recommended cook time but used a thermometer and made sure they were at the recommended temperature. They started to stick at some point so I sprayed them with oil flipped them and sprayed them again. The time was still not bad. They were very easy to prepare and I did not notice any particular odor. I wouldn't say that they smelled like meat but they didn't smell bad. This is a thick, large patty. I personally would not eat these because there are too many calories and not enough protein for my particular diet but everyone in my household enjoyed them and the bite that I did try was pretty good. Much better than any soy patty I have tried in the past. But when something has this many calories and so much saturated fat, you can bet it will probably be pretty palatable.

Great on the grill or in the frying pan!!
I find that cooking these on the grill it's best frozen, before I add it to the grill I submerge it in oil or brush it. I'd leave it towards the sides of the grill to cook slowly than after the first flip you can bring it to the center of the grill. That first coating of oil gives the burger time for it to cook on the inside. I also cook this indoors in a frying pan almost the same way I put it in a bowl with one or two table spoons of oil in a bowl than place in the frying pan on high heat for one minute than add a cup and a half of water to the pan the turn the burner to medium than cover. Before the water evaporates flip it than add onions, peppers and your seasons and a half cup of water than cover you can turn the burner on high to sear it and also caramelized the onions and peppers with the burgers juices. Depending on by sight stir your mixed onions and peppers and the burger so it wont stick to the pan you can to the burner off and add your cheese or vegan cheese than cover a minute or two later you have a tender juicy burger weight to be on your bun.

A great burger
You can do a lot with them. A great value for beyond burgers. I keep them in the freezer and make one in the air fryer with a little A1 and Worcestershire and sometimes coconut aminoโs and a little avocado oil, some garlic and onion powder, 350ยฐ for 10 minutes. An excellent source of protein for your meal, tastes very good. Especially if you are not used to eating meat. And non-GMO unlike the other guys. Delivered frozen!
