Very very bad dont buy.
The media could not be loaded. Wasted over 2k on this.Its a very bad product , seller sent a defective cage. Shape was not even. And I could just let it go but also Not able to fix the right part of the cage properly, there is always a big gap as I was taking care of a sick puppy and it required immediate cage rest as it had a broken femur bone, so dint have the time to return and reorder again. But its a huge NO from my end.
