Q: Where are these made please ?

Honestly idk. They are Amazing sizzors. I work in a industrial roofing/construction company. There badass sizzors. Never get dual and I own like 3 pairs. I beat the living shit out of them. Wiss is a great brand. I also use there tin snips. 100% recommend them

Q: What is the difference between this model and w10t (all purpose type)? also, how do they differ from the "industrial shears" (w20 model - inlaid)?

W20s are heavy duty, made specifically for upholstery and cut like silk. The w10s are mainly for home craft types of fabric cutting, i bought both pairs and the w10s have a very odd handle.

Q: ARe these good for garden use also?

The Wiss Scissors are good but not great. Check out these Fiskars Titanium Shop Snips, I have a pair and I love them much more than the Wiss.
