Works Well, Just Use in Moderation! 🙏
Bought this in early March 2024. For me at least, it does improve bowel movements. Taking it everyday is really excessive for me, so I try to take it every 3 days after eating. Definitely take it with water or some juice, it tastes kinda gross lol. And maybe try to take it in the middle of the day since it'll send you to the bathroom in a few hours.

Excellent product reasonably priced
This product is excellent. I love that its reasonably priced and you only have to take one capsule, not 3 to get the 500 mg. This is great brand, most of my supplements are from NOW and love the brand for its price and quality.

Used for 10 years reduce water retention
Been using these for 10 years they are amazing help reduce water retention while maintaining potassium I believe it has prevented aging in liver and skin my skin is always glowing
