Cheap material but does what I wanted
This is just a length of fabric, not pre-tied. It is long enough to go around my neck twice from each side and still tie a floppy bow in the middle. I'm going for a classic Edgar Allan Poe look, and this is just right. Silk would be better, of course, but for the price this is very nice.
