I bought this one and 2 others cuz lately w Amazon it’s been hit and miss. Not pleasant.This 1 gets hot super fast and works GREAT! The 1 from Eazfy doesn’t even get warm on 6-highest setting on that one. (Other 1 not even arrived yet…)This one was on setting 1 and was hot in an Awesome way! I had previously been using a sunbeam that broke yet agn. Plus, They won’t answer their phones for warranties after a MONTH trying, so I just gave up on that- and got this instead. It is better than my old teal Sunbeam one I had prev to the last navy sunbeam 1. I LOVED that teal one. Left a super review but none last!!!Too, both my old Sunbeams didn’t have the plug and cord on the end like this 1 does. I luv that it’s on the end now! It’s better as it’s not across me in the bed to get to the socket! And the last sunbeam that I had- the darn cord kept slipping out of the pad every time I moved or shifted my weight in bed! This one is snuggly attached and doesn’t do that. I absolutely LOVE it so far. It also was a SUPER GREAT PRICE!!I just hope it continues to work for a long time. Fingers crossed!!!

This heating pads easy for me to use. I need to roll it up to put behind my neck because I have deteriorating discs in my neck and works well and have a automatic shut off. It’s light not heavy at all. The size is wonderful and it’s very comfortable and a good price.

I was very nervous to purchase this as first but now after owning it, I love it. The heating pad is soft and the easiness of it, makes it all worth the purchase. The heating settings are perfect and it is an auto shut off just incase you forget to turn it off. Used it during and after pregnancy. I’d recommend to friends

I think the heatpad was really nice for shoulder and waist relaxation until it breaks after half year of use… considering the price and the frequency of use, maybe this is ok?

The heating pad ridged outer material is so soft and fluffy and feels almost silky. It feels great. And I like it’s large size. We’ve had it in use daily and so far is working great. One fairly big problem for me at is the control mechanism. To turn it on and adjust the heat setting there is a fairly large strip of plastic that slides. It has ridges on it but they are very small which makes it hard to manipulate if you have arthritis or neuropathy. Bottom line is like many people who would buy this, I bought it for arthritis, but it wasn’t designed with their target consumer in mind.large enough to cover an aching back

The heat output is not satisfactory, when started first time it generate good heat but after running for 15 -20 minute heat goes down. I put it on max heat position still the sameUpdate: Customer service is really good. After talking about the issue above i got a full refund. Really appreciate the service.

It’s larger than the normal heating pad which I like. It has a soft covering, also nice. It gives off great heat, especially on the highest setting. The only thing I don’t like is the area where the cord is connected to the pad. It’s a somewhat large, hard plastic part that pokes me in the back … very uncomfortable. Poor design of this necessary connection.

It’s on the thin side. Sometimes it feels like it’s turned off when it’s still on. You can feel the heating elements easily through it so when you’re laying on it it’s a bit uncomfortable even the lowest setting gets too hot sometimes so it doesn’t seem consistent. I kept it because it isn’t the worst and for the money it’s good to have around since there’s multiple people in my home who regularly use heating pads. If you’re strapped for cash and every dollar counts it’s good for the money since most of the larger ones are priced way above this price point
