As a professional, and a love to cook, it's always a pleasure to use professional cooking utensils like the Vollrath brand. Great construction and really gets the job done. The fact that you can use it anywhere in the kitchen whether cooking on the stovetop or mixing a batter, it performs very well and cleans up well. The amature cooks that are used to the much smaller generic spatulas will be surprised how quickly this gets the job done but need to be careful when first using it in a smaller pan or they could have a small mess on their hands. An exceptional value for the money!

Professional grade, truly resistant to heat, I doubt I will need to buy another for the next 10 years. The only "downside' might be the holes in the handle which requires 5 more seconds to clean.

Vollrath was recommended to me as well made. I had a couple of shorter spatulas which work well for most cooking but I needed something to get me above bubbling jams while stirring. I had thought of wearing gloves but these 13 inch handles seem to minimize the problem.

A little bigger than most silicone spatulas, but work great for preparing large amounts of food and feel very nice to use.

Vollratj spatulas are a standard in the culinary industry, and I use them at home as well! These are durable and sturdy.
