I'm a virtual trainer for newly hired employees for a well known contact center on my desk talking thru MS Teams and is actively engaged in taking customer service calls on the sie using CISCO and i3 system with VPN connections - this headset rocks like no other! It gives me freedom and so far so good working from home. My review is based on my experience and knowing what's in it before I buy because I need it.

These headphones are easy to use and were easy to install. I comfortably wear them all day for work (at least 9 hours a day). Sound quality is great and love that it has a detachable mic. My only complaint was that when I first started using it, I'd hear a constant beep during my first call of the day (even though it was fully charged). I figured out that if I unplug its USB from the computer then replug the USB and do a reset (by presding the volume up and down buttons at the same time until the headphone lights turn pink/purple), then it prevents the constant beep. Definitely recommend (especially for those working from home).

After using a cheap company IT department supplied wired headset, that felt like my head was in a vise, using the Aria 8090T is simply amazing. I was concerned that the headset would be too small. I am a 6 foot 200 pound adult male with an appropriately sized head. After a slight adjustment of the headband to center the ear pieces to my ears I found it completely comfortable. Another reviewer mentioned something about the charging connection on the headband being uncomfortable. I just do not see how that is possible. The connection is three flat plated pads deeply recessed in the headband padding preventing any contact with the top of the head. The padded ear pieces fully enclose my ears. With my old headset I could hardly wait to get it off after each online meeting. With the Aria I feel like I could wear it all day.I did have an issue with the initial set up. The supplied DG80 Bluetooth USB adapter installed automatically and OK on my Windows 10 laptop. But when I powered on the headset and waited for the pairing connection to happen, nothing did. Repeated the recommended set up steps multiple times with same result. I then decided to make sure that the headset was fully charged. The setup instructions say nothing about verifying the headsets power state. I plugged in the USB on the headset to a USB power supply and waited for the headsets power indicator to change from red to off, indicating fully charged. Note that a USB power supply is NOT provided. Since I had a box full of these this was not a problem to me. After charging I repeated the set up instructions and this time it connected.If I were writing the manual I would add the step of fully charging the headset before attempting to use. BTW on the Avantree web page for this product the links to the English-only and multi-lingual pdf format manual downloads are reversed.

I bought these for someone who was having trouble hearing the TV. Didn’t know if I’d need the Bluetooth transmitter or if it would even work with a TV. The smart TV is fairly new but the transmitter wouldn’t connect. Fortunately, the headset will sync with the TV without it. There’d been no complaints so I’d say it’s a success.

I bought for work. After shut downs of computer & reboot, I need to remember to turn off/on to have them pair to function for mic for work. Overall, no issues. Range could be stronger but I believe its learning.

I am almost legally deaf and it is hard for me to understand the conversations and it connects with my computer or any smart tv. I’m thrilled!!!

I've been through a lot of headphones, so I'm hoping the extra money invested here proves it can last longer. I also purchased the added warranty for peace of mind. My callers have all commented that the sound quality is (about 20%) better than previous devices. Even the sound on my end feels more localized and clearer. The built in noise cancellation is significant, plus there's an extra button to increase it (nice). I can do dishes and no one will hear the running water, but there's always the Mute button to help, too. They fit comfortably around my big ears for hours, where other products have caused discomfort and needed breaking in. I specifically wanted a blue-tooth headset that could 'connect to multiple devices at once'. And an even better surprise is the addition of this cute usb dongle, which has granted me the freedom to walk much further away from all my devices and stay connected! Once the dongle is plugged in (you'll see a blue dot light), it becomes an invisible extension cord that allows me to walk all around my house totally hands free! It's only been 2 weeks, but I use it every single day for work and personal. I love it, and hope to have many years of satisfaction.

Works great

I bought these headphones because it were the only one out there with 'aptx low latency' feature as I wanted it for gaming. It works a treat and on par with gaming wireless headphones but without all the RGB lighting or kid designs.This means I can use the headphones with ipad, android phone with easy switch. Bluetooth 5.0 allows two simultaneous connections which is great.Sound quality is great for me, I'm not a audiofile so cant really comment but enough bass and clarity for me to enjoy movies. Have to say music/films on my phone which is aptx HD is much better sound quality than from PC when on 'aptx low latency'.Although I don't use the headset often it works well, and has very good microphone quality.Battery life is long enough that after full day usage I sometimes forget to charge and middle of next day I get low battery signal. After charging 30mins its good to go for another few hours. Charging stand makes it easy to charge but USB C port means I can charge anywhere as I have plenty of USB C charges around the house and work.I had a damage in one of my earphones and upon contact with Avantree support they immediately send a new one and provided free shipping to return the defective product. The speed and quality of their support was superb on par with Amazon returns. Overall very satisfied.

Crackly sound for Windows system sounds.Call quality is ok, not amazing, but acceptable.Noice cancellation is rubbish. Mic doesn’t remove office background noise and I am always being asked to mute myself. Speakers also don’t drown out office noise and I can hear everything.The charging connection on the headband makes it uncomfortable to wear.The headset is not compatible with Teams or Zoom functions (e.g. clicking mute doesn’t mute you on the conference call).Really regret this purchase and wish I’d have paid the extra for Jabra.

Very good quality of the active sound cancelling as I use a lot for on line meeting. Only four stars as the mic which is fixed on the bottom of the earphone and sometimes catch my face. I did buy another brand first but had to return it because the sound cancelling is not as good as this one, but the mic is on the side so it can be turned up and switched off automatically if you want to pause or not using the mic. Maybe this could be an improvement idea for the next model.

I really like this headset overall. NAC works perfectly. Ear cushion is really comfy although headset is heavy. Boom mic didn’t work well. Voice cut off many times during call.
